FUELLING GUIDE

DAY BEFORE

Mix a Drink Mix 320 with 500ml of water. Drink throughout the day. We have also included a Solid 160 to have as a snack in the late afternoon.

RACE DAY

Mix another Drink Mix 320 with 500ml of water. Drink half a bottle with your breakfast, and the other half 30 minutes before the marathon. Drink water or alternative electrolytes during the race. Maintain a strategy of taking on one GEL 100 every 6km. Take a look at our gel guide, depending on the predicted finish time, this will help guide you to that finish line!

  • 4 HOUR RUNNER = 1 x GEL 100 every 35 minutes
  • 3:30 HOUR RUNNER = 1 x GEL 100 every 30 minutes
  • 3 HOUR RUNNER = 1 x GEL 100 every 25 minutes

How does it work

Maurten's hydrogel technology allows carbohydrates to be delivered efficiently to the intestine by encapsulating them in a gel, reducing the risk of stomach issues and enabling a higher intake of fuel. The GEL 100s and Drink Mix 320 provide a consistent energy release by using a glucose-to-fructose ratio proven to increase carbohydrate uptake without overwhelming your gut.

By combining high-carb hydration (Drink Mix), convenient on-the-go gels, and a light pre-race snack (Solid 160), the pack supports a complete fuelling strategy that’s easy to follow and highly effective. The caffeine version includes GEL 100 CAF 100s to further enhance alertness and endurance for those who prefer an extra boost.

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your doctor before taking this product.
  • If you are going to undergo a scheduled surgical procedure, stop taking the product 2 weeks in advance and inform your doctor.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU and Irish consumer law.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Complete (including accessories and documentation)

Once you notify us, products must be returned within 14 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages
  • Damaged or soiled items
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Used or partially consumed nutrition products
  • Items returned incomplete

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours.

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
