WHAT ARE LabPoints?

LabPoints are reward points you earn every time you shop at the Endurance Lab Store. Every product has a specific number of LabPoints you can collect with each purchase.

HOW CAN I EARN LABPOINTS?

Earning LabPoints is simple:

1. Create an account – Log in or sign up for an Endurance Lab Store account.
2. Shop and earn – Collect LabPoints with every product you buy.

Bonus:

• Leave a product review and GET 100 LabPoints per review!

LabPoints and discount codes can’t be used together in a single order.

HOW DO I SEE HOW MANY LABPOINTS I CAN EARN?

Each product page displays the LabPoints value you’ll earn for that product. (Points may not apply to discounted items.)

WHAT CAN I DO WITH LABPOINTS?

Use LabPoints to save money on future orders! The more you shop, the more you save.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY LABPOINTS?

Add your must-haves to the cart and head to checkout. In the order summary, you’ll see the option to use your LabPoints for instant savings!

WHY ACCUMULATE LABPOINTS?

It’s all about discounts! The more LabPoints you stack up, the bigger your savings on your next purchase.

HOW MUCH IS A LABPOINT WORTH?

Every LabPoint is equal to €0.01. (So, 100 LabPoints = €1 off your order!)Look out for special LabPoints offers during promo periods.

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY LABPOINTS BALANCE?

Just log in, go to “My Account,” and click on the “LabPoints” section. There you’ll see your total balance, your usage history, and how many points you’ve collected and redeemed.

MY LABPOINTS DIDN’T SHOW UP – WHY?

If your LabPoints don’t appear:

• Your order was cancelled or refunded, so points were cancelled too.
• Returned items = removed points for that order.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS BOUGHT WITH LABPOINTS?

Products redeemed with LabPoints aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges.

WHEN DO MY LABPOINTS APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT?

LabPoints are added to your account automatically after your payment is confirmed.

DO ALL PRODUCTS EARN LABPOINTS?

Yes! Every single product has LabPoints attached. For some campaigns, you might even earn extra points.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITS TO USING LABPOINTS?

Yes – you can use LabPoints for up to 60% off an order total.
LabPoints can’t be used together with discount codes. If you use LabPoints on sale items, the LabPoints discount applies but any campaign discount is removed. LabPoints can’t be used on discount bundles/kits.
