How does it work

The Flow Bottle and Flow Flask are engineered to hold the full contents of a 300g Flow Gel pouch, allowing you to easily monitor how much fuel you’re taking in. The marked scale in 60g increments helps you stay on top of your nutritional strategy without needing to count individual gels. The bottle’s squeezable form ensures maximum flow, while the flask’s bite valve and collapsible design offer a quiet, low-bulk alternative ideal for racing or trail running.

Both options are made with athlete comfort and usability in mind, being easy to clean, lightweight to carry, and made with safe, taste-neutral materials that won’t affect the flavour of your nutrition.

Returned items must be:

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages
  • Damaged or soiled items
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Used or partially consumed nutrition products
  • Items returned incomplete

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours.

If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
